We were excited to welcome Dr. Tina Camba, Assistant Professor of Management/HR Management at Athens State University, to the Athens-Limestone CEO program for an in-depth discussion on DISC personalities!

Earlier this year, each CEO young professional completed the DISC assessment to better understand their natural and adaptive behaviors. DISC stands for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. The assessment helps individuals understand how they naturally communicate, work, make decisions, and respond to different situations.

Dr. Camba helped our CEOs take a deeper look at their individual results and how their DISC styles can influence their workflow, decision-making, communication, interactions with others, and ideal work environments.

Our CEOs also gained valuable insight into their strengths, areas for growth, and how different personality styles can complement one another—an important skill as they prepare to enter the professional world and become future leaders.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn more about ourselves and how we can communicate, collaborate, and work better together.

Thank you, Dr. Camba, for taking the time to visit our class and share your expertise with our CEOs!
