📊 Measuring Our CEO Journey
Our CEO students took an important first step in their CEO journey by completing the Pre-Impact Survey, a valuable tool provided by the Midland Institute for Entrepreneurship.
This survey gives us a starting point—a snapshot of where our students are today as they begin this experience. Over the next nine months, they’ll have the opportunity to learn from local entrepreneurs, visit businesses, build professional relationships, develop new skills, and discover more about themselves as future leaders.
At the end of the program, they’ll complete the Post-Impact Survey, allowing us to measure their growth and see the impact this experience has had on them.
The data will help our local CEO board and Midland Institute continue to strengthen the program, identify best practices, and ensure we are providing our students with an experience that truly makes a difference.
