Our Athens-Limestone CEO class had the opportunity to meet with Andrew Dollar, Chief Operating Officer of the Huntsville Committee of 100.

Students learned more about the role of the Committee of 100 and its work supporting long-term economic development, high-quality public education, and cooperative local government throughout North Alabama. Andrew shared valuable insight into leadership, community development, and the importance of building strong relationships and partnerships to create positive change.

One of the most impactful parts of the visit was hearing about Andrew’s professional experience and the importance of being intentional about the way you lead, communicate, and serve your community. Students were encouraged to think beyond their careers and consider how they can make a meaningful impact in the communities where they live and work.
